CardioLink began as a student project at Stevens Institute of Technology with a simple observation. Once a heart failure patient leaves the hospital, visibility drops.
Clinicians have data. Patients have symptoms. But the connection between the two is often missing.
CardioLink was created to restore that visibility.
Through endless prototyping and clinical feedback, we learned that the real value is not more hardware, but clearer context.
CardioLink is focused on using simple check ins to capture how patients are actually doing and organize that information into structured clinical summaries.
